Happy birthday HAN !

Hospitality in Namibia has entered a new dimension of Glamour and Glitter! It was a lovely Namibian summer's evening and members of the HAN association were enjoying their 21st birthday Gala event. "Diamonds are a girl's best friend " Marlyn Monroe once sang.
This was indeed the case as Legends of Africa's own "Marlyn Monroe" made her debut appearance in her diamond and lush black dress batting her eyelids in a typical Marlyn fashion.

On 21 Nov '08 Chanelle from the Legends Team was all dolled up and entertained the Hospitality Association at the Gala Event. Legends of Africa was also one of the main sponsors. The evening was great fun and full of Glamour..."

Egoli star joins Legends of Africa

Legends Of Africa is proud to welcome Chanelle de Jager, our new assistant cinematographer and film editor to the Cape Town office. A lot of you probably think you recognize Chanelle from somewhere. Chanelle plays the bubbly and aspiring character “Des du Pont” in the South-African television series “Egoli”.

Since she has made Cape Town her new residence and abode, Chanelle has turned many heads and caused many a stir. She has graced Namibians with her presence and will continue to do so in the next coming months.Chanelle has been given the honor to be master of ceremonies at this year's official “H.A.N “ Awards in November 2008.

Chanelle was born in Witbank on 29 October, which makes her a Scorpio. She has done ballet since the age of five and at the age of twelve began modern dance classes and later went on to modern ballet as well.From 1993-1994 she studied at Jo-Crystal Drama School under the tuition of Liezel Spies. In 1995 Chanelle began to specialise in drama at Pro-Arte and was awarded national colours through the ATKV.

Chanelle is strong, inspiring and determined and completed her drama degree at the Milla Louw Academy of Dramatic Arts.We are looking forward to working with Chanelle as she has already given all of us much inspiration.
